At SKIMS MÉXICO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that for hygiene reasons, certain items like underwear and opened hosiery are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are intact, and include the printed return authorization form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and drop off your package at any authorized courier location across Mexico.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
